Chris Nelson- President

Chris started building custom homes in 1989 where he learned the specifics of home construction from his uncle. Chris later attended the nationally ranked Del Webb School of Construction and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Arizona State University.

After honing his skills in California Chris realized the need for a high quality custom homes builder that actually listens to their clients and delivers on their promises. Chris wanted to provide his clients with a service that would arrange the complicated process of custom home construction into an enjoyable and rewarding operation.

While living in Phoenix Chris met his wife Laurie and later became the proud father of one baby girl. Chris is intimately involved with the customer from the purchase of the lot all the way through construction and post construction customer service. 

 

Ken DeCoster- Vice President of Construction

Ken has overseen the construction of over 300 homes in Arizona and California. He understands the key elements to building a quality home. Ken’s focus is on delivering his clients with a home that meets their every expectation. Pride is his biggest asset as he meticulously plans the construction of your home and delivers projects on time and within budget.

Ken is the father to four children and recently became a proud grandfather. In his off time Ken is the leader of his two son’s Boy Scout pack and is always busy planning the next activity for the group.

Following the design phase, Ken accompanies the client through the building process and communicates frequently to ensure clients are well notified of the progress of their new home.
